PROJECT OVERVIEW
Bloomlife is a multi-award winning remote patient monitoring solution for high-risk pregnant mothers.
Originally launched as a D2C product in 2014, they quickly gained traction in the market with their patented contraction tracker.
In 2024, Bloomlife shifted to a B2B2C model and raised a $12 million series A. We collaborated to build out their website with 5 pages of conversion-optimized copy to support their new phase of commercial growth.
THE “BEFORE”
Before our work began, Bloomlife had a lean, two-page website. They were seeking professional copywriting support to
explain their solutions in more detail, showcase their differentiated value in the market, create a compelling brand message, and build that out to a full 5 pages of conversion-focused copy.
The goal: generate demo bookings with key decision-makers at health systems, private practices, and federally-qualified
health clinics.
They wanted to ensure that the new copy spoke directly to the wants and needs of their target audience (maternal care providers) and communicated a distinct, compelling value proposition to stand out in the pregnancy monitoring market.
OUR APPROACH
We conducted in-depth research into Bloomlife’s brand, market, and audience to get the insights we needed to craft strategic, differentiated messaging. Here’s what we did:

PROBLEM SECTION
On every webpage, we follow the proven copywriting formula P-A-S (problem, agitation, solution) to craft a persuasive, compelling argument.
We use real quotes from healthcare providers to resonate with their pain points in an authentic way.
A FOCUS ON REIMBURSEMENT
The traditional way of monitoring high-risk pregnant patients puts an enormous time strain on clinical staff (and is not reimbursed).
We highlight practice profitability in our messaging to motivate decision-makers to adopt Bloomlife’s solution. No other companies in this space focused on reimbursement, so that was our whitespace in the competitive landscape to stand out and convince healthcare providers that Bloomlife is the obvious choice.
The use of rhyming in the headline on the provider page enhances the stickiness and memorability of the message – core components for conversion copy.
CLOSING SECTIONS
Persuasive, tailored closing sections are at the bottom of each page to bring the argument home, reduce friction around the click, and drive demo conversions.
KEY CHANGES
